It looks like the file ended up being created in the default encoding of your system (CP1250), which is a multibyte encoding.
Look into utf-8 for other (safer) ways to encode your strings.
The format of the file as a character sequence is displayed by iconv.

I just created a nexus repository in nexus 3.
I want to use maven plugin to deploy the artifact in the nexus repository.
I used nexus 2 and the plugin deployment.
I think that nexus 3 doesn't support plugin deployment.
But I can't find any information about the plugin deployment with nexus 3.
Is there any information about that?

Nexus 3 is based on Maven 2, which does not support deploying artifacts via a Maven plugin.
